This ReadMe accompanies the following Oracle products for Oracle Solaris SPARC, IBM AIX, Microsoft Windows, and Linux x86 operating systems.

Documaker Document Factory: A workflow-enabled, database-centric solution for electronic document automation that utilizes core Documaker functionality to provide a managed publishing system. It includes two web-based and thin-client applications: Documaker Administrator and Documaker Dashboard that provide system control and insight.
Documaker Interactive: A web-based application that enables users to quickly and interactively create and assemble consistently branded and compliant correspondence leveraging accelerators as pre-configured workflow with role based approvals and pre-built industry content.

This release of Oracle Documaker is for multiple platforms.

This release of Oracle Documaker Enterprise Edition includes Documaker WipEdit in the [download] for deployment on the ODEE Web Server as outlined in the Documaker Enterprise Administrative Guide.

- Retains bullet (or non-bullet) when deleting the end-of-paragraph marker of a list item and joining with the next paragraph.

18111761 This patch corrects an entry pagination issue that can occur when a large block of text (spans multiple pages) is pasted into a multi-line text field on a "can split" section.

18237292 This patch corrects a date field display issue that can occur in DMStudio’s Data Entry Check and in WipEdit. When a Unicode font is used with a date field, the date selected is not retained when the user navigates away from the field then returns to the field, either by pressing the Shift+Tab keys, or by clicking on the field. This problem has been corrected.

18347082 This patch adds a new DPRIFORMSPROTOCOL option to the i_ModifyWIPData request to suppress pagination, preventing possible pagination problems when transactions contain PSL fields.

Documaker Factory

BugDB# Description

17720660 This patch fixes the issue in including the starting day in calculating starting time for a scheduled batch behavior.

20147004 This patch fixes the significant performance issue on DB2 z/OS from full table scan when a new index is added for performance on the CONFIGCONTEXTLOG table without index. But this issue does not cause performance problem on other DBMSs but can when size of CONFIGCONTEXTLOG table grows which is the table that collects changes made to all the configuration tables (SYSCONFIGCONTEXT, ALCONFIGCONTEXT and APPCONFIGCONTEXT).

18526786 This patch fixes the issue of undesired visual artifacts in the output when the ODEE Box type of 0 is by default set to BOX but not to SOLID_LINE.

19628836 This patch fixes the issue when setting phaselistener.pdfburster.include.source.documents = true for the PDFBurster PhaseListener it would generate an ECMDocument Exception when trying to get the document contents to import the parent document. The parent document would also not have the subdocument populated in the SubDocuments collection of the DocumentData object, which is passed to the Destination.

20147135 This patch reduces the default value for query frequency for configuration change checks from every 5 seconds by each worker to over 30 seconds.

18764004 This patch allows deleting the temp directory (/odee_1/documaker/docfactory/temp) in Solaris, Linux, and AIX when stopping the ODDF service and fixes error during restarting the ODDF service.

18025588 This patch updates the logic of the ngpconnector to honor the originated from OBP and archive metadata values and generate calls to archive and update results accordingly.
